Return Merchandise Authorization 

Step: 1     In Order To Return Merchandise, You Must Have An RMA Authorization Number.

Step: 1.1  Please Complete The Form Below with all required Information and Click Submit.

Step: 2     We Will Email You Your RMA Number Within 2 Business Days.

Step: 3     Package Your Item And Include A Printout Of The Entire RMA EMAIL we sent back to you. If there is additional information you want us to know please include it with the RMA Email.

Step: 4    Write Your RMA # On The Shipping Package! Packages Without RMA #’s Will Be Returned To Sender.

Step: 5    Once Mill Valley Receives Your Item We Will Process Your Request.

   To protect our customers and Mill Valley, Refunds may take up to 3 weeks to process.

 

RETURNS FOR GIFT RECIPIENTS:

Option 1. You may exchange anything unworn for anything in Mill Valley Co.

Option 2. You may return for a full purchase price refund. Funds will be credited to the credit card used at time of purchase.

Option 3.  You may return merchandise for a Mill Valley Purchase Certificate in the full amount to be used at a later date. Purchase certificate never expires and can be used by anyone for any products of Mill Valley Co. any time.
